Hi and welcome to Rose IV Catering LLC. Rose IV Catering is able to provide your culinary needs for private dinners, weddings, meal preps, or any celebration you are having. All available to be picked up, dropped off, or cooked in your home. Rose IV Catering started in 2018 with a Facebook post asking friends “would anybody be interested in meal prep?”. From there, a company was born. The belief at Rose IV Catering is when friends, family, and sometimes even strangers come together around food, something magical happens. Any and every time we get the opportunity to cook for you, it’s an honor to be invited into your home or event.

THE MAN BEHIND THE MEALS
I’m Cortney Rose-also known as Chef C. Rose, private chef, and educator.
I got my first job in the food industry when I was just 14 washing dishes at this small café that could seat about 50 people. My dad was the head chef. He is currently a head chef at The University of Alabama and serves as an inspiration to me until this very day. He and my grandma is where my passion in the kitchen comes from. The way they would be able to turn what seemed like as a child, everyday ingredients into a tasty meal that all could enjoy was inspiring. Growing up, I worked at other restaurants until I went to college.

In college, I was always known as the guy who could cook--especially when it came to the grill. Shout out to my undergrad chapter Mu Phi of Phi Beta Sigma for always trusting me on the grill at cookouts. I have not been formally trained as a chef, but I have been passionately cooking for the last 7 years.

When I’m not cooking, you can find me in the classroom with a group of third graders or outside in the yard/kitchen with my 5 year old daughter, 3 year old son, and my wife.
